After following the ACOM Needle Stick policy, follow the core site policy below:

• Student should report immediately to the Emergency Room and register as a patient.
• Employee Health will call the student with the lab results of the student and source patient.
• If needed, student will schedule follow up with his/her primary care physician.
• Student is responsible for any charges incurred in the Emergency Room evaluation.
