ACOM Research Principal Investigator (PI) - Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Access Request
- ACOM faculty will have to submit an IRB application to the ACOM IRB
- If approved the protocol is sent to the Southeast Health Medical Center (SEHMC) IRB for their review
- ACOM PI must complete all requirements and sign the attached EMR access form and send to research@acom.edu for signature, then this form is sent to SEHMC
- EMR access will be granted to research student if approved
- Please note that ACOM PI must use SEHMC data management policy if accessing SEHMC EMR
