UpToDate's MobileComplete provides access without a Wi-Fi or network connection.
Wi-Fi access is required for initial MobileComplete download and full content updates. Approximately 1.2 GB of local storage is required for both topics and graphics. About 400MB of local storage is required for topics only.
To find out how much space is available on your mobile device:
For iOS devices, go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage. You might see a list of recommendations for optimizing your device's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses. Tap an app's name for more information about its storage. Cached data and temporary data might not be counted as usage. For more information, see Apple's support page.
For Android devices, tap to open the Settings menu. Select “storage.” Scroll down the Settings menu to locate the “storage” option, and then tap on it to access the Device Memory screen. Check the phone's total and available storage space. Here's a handy guide with pictures.
To enable MobileComplete:
Open the UpToDate app and choose "Offline Content:”
Note how much space is needed and choose between "Topics" or "Topics and Graphics:”
