  • Not using a medication as prescribed or taking prescribed medications with alcohol and/or other drugs
  • The need for higher doses of a drug before you feel its effects
  • Feeling strange as the drug and/or alcohol wears off (shaky, nauseated, depressed, fatigued)
  • The inability to stop
  • Spending a lot of time thinking about the drug/alcohol

Court Referral Program

The Court Referral Program assists municipal and circuit courts with managing drug and alcohol use cases and manage the associated drug screenings for Houston County. Anger Management and Theft Alternative classes are also offered.
